Anolis Resourcer is a flexible Resource Hacker that exceeds the venerable ResHacker's capabilities in many areas, including support for x64 executables, Vista and Windows 7's MUI files, and 256x256 PNG icon support. It's GPL software available from [link]
You can use Anolis Resourcer to assist in the creation of Anolis Packages which can be installed with the Installer. We'll be uploading the xpize and Vize packages to our dA page later. UPDATE: On 2009-05-21 this deviation was updated to the 3428 build of Resourcer which replaces the earlier 3363 build. The release fixes a number of issues and adds a Batch Export feature which will be of use to people wanting to make custom resources for programs like Windows Media Player. UPDATE: On 2009-05-26 this deviation was updated again, this time to build 3429. This fixes a critical race condition in the 3428 build. The zip archive now contains a command-line reference text file. UPDATE: On 2009-09-01 this deviation was updated to match build 3531 (aka version 0.9). The archive includes a changelist. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. One suggestion though is when you are viewing all the images in a folder to allow to view them in their original size.
I'm working on a new version of Resourcer that adds batch processing support so you can dump all the resources in a file (or directory of files) to disk for examining later.
This version of Resourcer takes a while to load long lists of icons (like in shell32.dll or *.msstyles). I'll upload a newer version soon that fixes this issue.

Am I missing something...if so where is it? If not please consider implementing this handy feature.
