I was hoping to get a release of Sevenize out tonight, but a last-minute technical problem caused me to push it back a few days. The details are in this forum thread with screenshot goodness: www.msfn.org/board/topic/14977…
In other news, Sevenize [b]will require Windows 7 Service Pack 1[/b]. SP1 is already available (through unofficial channels) but it will be made available to the public via Windows Update on the 22nd February. If you're installing from scratch then it's a whooping 903MB download on x64 (and I thought the 300MB XP SP3 was large).
If you're not able to install SP1 [b]you can override the requirement by using the /ignoreCondition switch[/b], but you do so at your own risk, and I won't spend much time supporting anyone who does.
In other news, I'm looking for someone to put together an Aero Visual Style for us. Anyone got the time? I'll be paying you too, btw.

Sevenize, woo

I've started work on Sevenize. A few people have contributed fixed already (thanks alexandru!) and I've got a list of other fixes I think I can get done (ta, Long!).
I hope to get an initial release out by mid-January. I have some real-life work due around the same time, but whatever.
And maybe an xpize 5 Release 7 too. Sorry I couldn't get it done for Christmas

xpize 5 Release 6 and Resourcer 0.9

The past 24 hours have seen the release of xpize 5 Release 6, the latest (and hopefully last) release of xpize, and Anolis Resourcer 0.9.
I've spent a lot of time working on xpize and Resourcer since I started coding them just over a year ago. xpize 5 has been moderately popular, but I wish more people knew about it to justify the time I spent working on it.
I'd especially like to see more people using Resourcer. ResHacker gets waaay too much attention considering how old it is (and its lack of support for modern OS features). Spread the love, guys!

xpize 5 Release 4

xpize 5 Release 4 was put out on the Internet a couple of days ago to largely positive feedback and few reported issues.
I'm working on Release 5 which will solve these issues and then, hopefully, I can call an end to xpize and get to work on Vize and Sevenize, along with evangelising the Anolis platform for other people interested in developing so-called "transformation packs" for Windows.

xpize 5 Beta 3 and Resourcer 0.8.9

Today saw the anticipated release of xpize 5 Beta 3, which is a better representation of xpize 5 Final. It's essentially a near feature-complete release.
Today also sees Resourcer 0.8.9 released which fixes a few issues and adds more features. I am aware of a bunch of non-critical known issues existing (see CodePlex), I'll sort them out with the passing of time.
